Position Overview: We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Visual Design Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team of designers to create impactful visual experiences. As the Visual Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of all visual elements for our company's products, services, and brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our visual design is aligned with our brand identity and effectively communicates our message to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of designers to create compelling and visually appealing designs for our company's products, services, and brand.
• Develop design strategies and concepts that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all design deliverables meet the project requirements and are delivered on time.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in visual design and incorporate them into our design processes.
• Train and mentor junior designers to help them develop their skills and grow within the team.
• Provide feedback and guidance to designers to ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the design process.
• Ensure that all visual design deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are error-free.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet project requirements.
• Experience in UX/UI design is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
