Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Director of Education to join our institution. The Academic Director of Education will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the overall academic experience and achievement of students. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic policies and procedures that align with the institution's goals and objectives.
• Create and oversee academic programs that promote student success and achievement.
• Collaborate with faculty to design and implement innovative teaching methods and curriculum.
• Monitor academic performance and progress of students, identifying areas for improvement and implementing intervention strategies.
• Conduct regular evaluations of faculty and staff to ensure quality teaching and student engagement.
• Lead and mentor faculty and staff to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including other educational institutions, businesses, and community organizations.
• Stay current with industry trends and research to continually enhance the academic programs and curriculum.
• Prepare and manage the academic budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Serve as a liaison between the institution and accrediting bodies, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational institution.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful academic programs.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations.
