Salary: EUR: €50,000 - €85,000 per year

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum and instructional materials for our organization. You will work closely with our instructional team to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for our organization that is aligned with state and national standards, as well as our organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with our instructional team to ensure that the curriculum is effective, engaging, and meets the needs of our diverse student population.
• Conduct ongoing research and analysis to identify best practices and new trends in curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Evaluate and modify curriculum based on student performance data, teacher feedback, and other relevant factors.
• Lead professional development sessions for our instructional team to ensure that they are equipped to effectively implement the curriculum.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as educational consultants and vendors, to support curriculum development and implementation.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and national standards, as well as our organization's policies and procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to teachers in implementing the curriculum, including lesson planning and instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create and review promotional materials related to our curriculum.
• Stay up-to-date on educational technology and incorporate it into the curriculum when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of state and national standards, curriculum development processes, and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build relationships with external partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in educational technology and its integration into curriculum development.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuously improving the curriculum to meet the needs of our students.
