Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to understand their rental needs and preferences
Conduct market research to identify available properties that meet clients' criteria
Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential tenants
Prepare and present rental agreements to clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and understood
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting property inspections and collecting security deposits
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their tenancy, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental transactions and client information
Collaborate with property owners and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with safety and health regulations
Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and provide recommendations to improve our rental processes

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
Strong knowledge of rental market trends and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. You will primarily work in an office setting, but may also need to travel to properties for viewings and inspections.
