Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, and analytical techniques
• Experience with designing and conducting experiments and analyzing data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
