Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop curriculum that aligns with these objectives.
Research and review existing curriculum materials to identify areas for improvement and make necessary updates.
Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure all curriculum materials are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in education, incorporating them into curriculum development when appropriate.
Work closely with teachers and trainers to provide support and training on new curriculum materials.
Provide guidance and support to curriculum development teams, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of diverse learners.
Manage and maintain curriculum databases and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with curriculum development software and learning management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
