Overview: As an Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our educational programs. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our educational initiatives, from curriculum development to program delivery and evaluation. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with our organization's mission and objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design curriculum and learning materials that are engaging and effective
• Oversee the delivery of educational programs, including scheduling, logistics, and instructor coordination
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our educational programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with external partners, such as schools, community organizations, and educational institutions, to expand our reach and impact
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education, incorporating new techniques and technologies into our programs
• Train and mentor instructors to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality educational experiences
• Develop and manage budgets for educational programs, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote our educational programs and attract students
• Maintain accurate records and data on program participants, outcomes, and evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and delivering successful educational programs
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information to a variety of audiences
• Passion for education and commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences
• Experience with budget management and data analysis
• Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in education, such as ADA and FERPA
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
