About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing educational programs for our organization. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with educators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Coordinate logistics for educational programs, such as securing venues, arranging transportation, and ordering necessary materials.
• Oversee the recruitment and training of instructors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver quality education.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of program attendance, participant feedback, and any other relevant data.
• Communicate with participants, educators, and stakeholders to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote and expand educational programs.
• Assist with budget planning and financial management for educational programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in education to continuously improve program offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing educational programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
