Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute visually appealing displays and layouts in accordance with company guidelines and brand standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop merchandising strategies that align with marketing and sales objectives.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure our displays are competitive and attractive to customers.
Utilize design concepts and principles to create eye-catching displays that effectively showcase our products.
Source and select props, fixtures, and other visual elements that complement our products and brand image.
Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of visual merchandising materials.
Travel to different stores to set up displays and ensure consistency across all locations.
Regularly audit store displays and make necessary updates and adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong understanding of design concepts, color theory, and retail trends.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
