Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design creative and visually appealing websites, landing pages, and other digital assets for our company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand project objectives, and deliver website designs that meet business goals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to conceptualize design ideas and present them to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Ensure all designs are mobile-responsive and compliant with web design best practices and standards.
Optimize web designs for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct regular website maintenance and updates to ensure optimal functionality.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve and enhance the design of our web projects.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and troubleshoot any design-related issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web design projects.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
