Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing curriculum for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning materials. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, has a strong background in curriculum development, and is passionate about creating innovative learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop learning outcomes.
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials that align with the organization's learning objectives and target audience.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.
• Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development.
• Work with instructional designers to incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, simulations, and interactive activities, into the curriculum.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum.
• Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure it is current and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, and project managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in curriculum development.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience working with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
