Key Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data tools to support data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine business questions, identify data sources, and design data collection methods.
Interpret data and provide meaningful insights to inform business strategies and initiatives.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and work towards solutions with appropriate teams.
Continuously monitor and track data performance to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting to suggest process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a business setting.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
