Overview: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing insights that will drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis using various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will support business decisions.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide them with customized reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain data models and databases to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Create visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Train and educate team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Experience with data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
