As a Pit Boss, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the casino floor, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and maintaining the integrity of all table games. You will play a critical role in creating a positive and exciting atmosphere for both guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all table games and dealers on the casino floor
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies
• Train and mentor dealers on proper procedures, game rules, and customer service skills
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and reports of table game activity
• Assist in the scheduling and staffing of table games
• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a seamless operation
• Continuously evaluate and improve upon operational procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and improve the overall gaming experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pit Boss or in a similar role in a casino setting
• Extensive knowledge of all table games, rules, and procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
• Proficient in basic math and the ability to accurately calculate payouts and odds
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but not required
