Position: Gaming Supervisor

Location: Peja, Kosovo

Overview: BetBright Star is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Gaming Supervisor. As a Gaming Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gaming floor, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with all gaming regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the activities of gaming floor staff, including dealers, attendants, and cashiers
• Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal gaming regulations
• Train and develop gaming floor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficient operation of games
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or disputes in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all financial transactions on the gaming floor
• Maintain a clean and organized gaming floor environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
• Assist in the development and implementation of new gaming initiatives and promotions
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of games and adherence to regulations
• Monitor and control inventory levels of gaming supplies and equipment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the gaming floor remains compliant and competitive

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the gaming industry
• Thorough understanding of gaming regulations and procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficient in basic math skills and ability to handle large sums of money
• Knowledge of casino management systems and software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass a thorough background check and obtain gaming license
