Position: Biotech Product Development Manager

Location: Zinder, Niger

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biotech Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and commercialization of our biotech products. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of product development, including planning, execution, and monitoring of timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, regulatory, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Manage the product life cycle from conception to launch, including product design, development, testing, and regulatory approvals.
• Develop and implement product development plans, including project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and commercialization of products.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support product development and manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and experts in the biotech industry.
• Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and product presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as biotechnology, biochemistry, or molecular biology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in biotech product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the biotech industry, including product development processes, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
• Proven track record of successfully launching biotech products and managing product life cycles.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
