Title: Curriculum Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and provides them with a high-quality learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that our curriculum is engaging, relevant, and meets the needs of our diverse student population.
• Conduct research on best practices in curriculum development and incorporate them into our curriculum.
• Evaluate and update existing curriculum to ensure that it remains current and effective.
• Create and maintain curriculum documentation, including lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
• Train and coach teachers on the implementation of the curriculum, providing them with the necessary resources and support.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum, making necessary adjustments to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between curriculum and other educational programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in educational standards to continuously improve our curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices in curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
• Experience in training and coaching teachers on curriculum implementation.
• Passion for education and a commitment to providing students with a high-quality learning experience.
