Infrastructure Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of all infrastructure projects
• Manage a team of infrastructure professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Create and manage budget for all infrastructure projects
• Ensure all projects are completed within schedule and budget constraints
• Monitor and maintain network and server performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other departments to identify infrastructure needs and provide solutions
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures
• Regularly review and update infrastructure policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for improvement when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of network and server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant certifications (such as CCNA, MCSE) are a plus
