Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise production line staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
• Train and develop new production line employees, providing guidance and support as needed
• Create and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring that all production targets are met
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and products throughout the production line
• Troubleshoot any production issues that may arise and implement corrective actions to prevent future problems
• Maintain a safe and clean production environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production line employees
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for materials as needed
• Continuously strive to improve production processes and implement new strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a production environment
• Proven track record of meeting production targets and deadlines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
