About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to join our team. As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of the development process, including project planning, budgeting, design, construction, and delivery. You will work closely with various teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure the successful execution of our development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the development team.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential development opportunities.
• Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies, financial projections, and other reports to support decision-making.
• Manage the design process, including coordinating with architects and engineers, reviewing plans and specifications, and obtaining necessary approvals from regulatory agencies.
• Oversee the construction process, including reviewing and approving contractor bids, monitoring progress and quality of work, and managing change orders.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the development process.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including investors, contractors, and government officials, to provide updates on project progress.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support future business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of the development process, including project planning, design, construction, and delivery.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
