Position: Talent Sourcing Specialist

Overview: Talent Find is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our organization. You will work closely with our Recruitment team to develop and implement sourcing strategies that will help us build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and has experience in sourcing for various roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to, job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates
• Conduct thorough and targeted searches to identify passive candidates with the desired skills and experience
• Engage with potential candidates through personalized messaging and communication to create interest and build relationships
• Screen and assess candidates for their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with open positions and hiring goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
• Create and maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles and industries
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, such as Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
