Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Operations and Growth Analyst to join our team. As an Operations and Growth Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company by utilizing data-driven insights to optimize our operations and fuel our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize various data sources to develop reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve company goals.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth and make recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to project revenue and expenses, and track progress towards financial targets.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with overall growth strategy.
• Continuously analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvements and implementing changes as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and tools to streamline operations and improve data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or growth strategy roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data sets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with SQL and database management is preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting methods.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and contributing to company growth.
