We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal and Laundry Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personal and laundry services to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Assistance: - Provide personalized assistance to clients in their daily tasks, including but not limited to meal preparation, grocery shopping, and running errands.
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene needs, such as dressing, bathing, and grooming.
• Accompany clients to appointments, social events, and other activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.

Laundry Services:

• Manage and maintain laundry for clients, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
• Ensure that all clothing and linens are properly cared for and stored according to clients' preferences.
• Handle delicate fabrics and special care items with the utmost attention and care.
• Keep track of inventory and restock laundry supplies as needed.

Communication:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring open and clear communication at all times.
• Report any concerns or issues to the designated supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure that all clients' needs are met to their satisfaction.

Confidentiality:

• Maintain client confidentiality and respect their privacy at all times.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to confidentiality and privacy.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.

Time Management:

• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to ensure that all client needs are met in a timely manner.
• Communicate any schedule changes or conflicts with the designated supervisor promptly.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
