Key Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders
Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and apply UX best practices to inform design decisions
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, and mockups
Design and deliver intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance our products
Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other designers to maintain a consistent and cohesive design language across all products
Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for our brand

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
A passion for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences
