Job Title: Production Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from planning to execution, and ensuring that all production targets and deadlines are met. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in production management, with a proven track record of successfully leading production teams and delivering high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet company objectives
• Monitor production progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion of projects
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, purchasing, and logistics, to coordinate production activities and optimize resources
• Identify and resolve production issues, such as equipment malfunctions, material shortages, and personnel problems
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed company and industry standards
• Train, motivate, and manage production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in production processes and technology, and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all production employees
• Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and growth of the production department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Proven track record of successfully leading production teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques, as well as quality control procedures
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
