If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!As a Remote Education Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in providing a high-quality and interactive learning experience for our students. You will work remotely and collaborate with a team of educators to deliver engaging and effective online lessons. You will be responsible for creating and managing virtual classrooms, facilitating discussions and activities, and providing individualized support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of educators to design and develop engaging online lessons that align with the curriculum
• Create and manage virtual classrooms using various online learning platforms
• Facilitate discussions, activities, and group projects to promote a collaborative learning environment
• Provide individualized support to students, including answering questions and providing feedback on assignments
• Utilize various teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
• Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to the team and parents/guardians
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the online learning experience
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technology in remote education and incorporate them into the curriculum

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or facilitating online education
• Strong understanding of online learning platforms and technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passion for education and a strong desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives
• Experience working with diverse student populations is an asset
