Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Operations Manager to join our team. As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our field teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and meeting client expectations. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure the timely completion of projects and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the field teams, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Monitor and track project progress and ensure that all projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop project timelines and budgets, and provide input on project feasibility.
• Liaise with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
• Work closely with the logistics team to plan and coordinate the transportation of materials and equipment to project sites.
• Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to field teams, including training and development opportunities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to field team members.
• Stay updated on industry developments and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Crop Production.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
