Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join our growing team. As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with our partners and clients, providing legal counsel and guidance on a wide range of legal matters. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and complex cases, allowing you to expand your skills and knowledge in various areas of law.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues and provide sound legal advice to clients
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration
• Manage a caseload and ensure all deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and provide guidance to clients on how it may affect their business or case
• Mentor and train junior associates and paralegals
• Participate in firm marketing and business development activities

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and court procedures
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Admitted to the Bar in CA
• Experience in Law Practice is a plus
