Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share for assigned tobacco products
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and consumers
Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management, including identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, promotions, and pricing strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
Train and educate retailers and sales teams on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
Conduct product demonstrations and participate in product training sessions for internal and external stakeholders
Continuously analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tobacco industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and product management
Strong understanding of the tobacco market, including products, competitors, and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
