Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Passenger Transport Dispatcher to join our team. As a Passenger Transport Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of passengers to their destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process booking requests for passenger transportation services.
• Communicate with drivers to assign and confirm pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Monitor and track the location of vehicles and provide updates to passengers and drivers.
• Assist in resolving any issues or emergencies that may arise during transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, schedules, and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any complaints or concerns from passengers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of safety and compliance.
• Train and supervise new dispatchers as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to improve processes and services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of transportation logistics and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
