Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical systems and components for our products, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications and standards
Create 2D and 3D models, assembly drawings, and detailed part drawings using CAD software
Conduct detailed engineering analyses and calculations to validate designs and identify potential issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure product designs meet overall project objectives
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports
Conduct prototype testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure product performance and reliability
Identify and source materials, parts, and components needed for product development and production
Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for design improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to continuously improve product designs
Ensure all work is completed within project timelines and budget constraints

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and development
Proficient in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
Experience with prototype testing and analysis
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
