Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
Translate technical jargon and complex data into simple and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Develop data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations
Identify patterns and trends in data and provide recommendations for business improvements
Conduct data analysis and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Stay updated on the latest data science trends and techniques to continually enhance data translation capabilities
Act as a liaison between data scientists and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding between both parties
Provide training and support to non-technical stakeholders on data analysis and interpretation
Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data is collected, stored, and processed in a way that is conducive to analysis and translation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and translation
Strong understanding of data concepts and experience working with large datasets
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView
Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data in a simple and concise manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations is a plus
