Position: Academic Program Director

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Program Director to lead and oversee our academic programs. As the Program Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our academic offerings, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and success. You will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the academic programs, including curriculum development, program evaluation, and student outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase enrollment in the academic programs.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure that the curriculum is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of faculty members.
• Conduct regular evaluations of faculty performance and provide feedback and support for professional development.
• Monitor and analyze program data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the program budget and resources effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in higher education and incorporate them into the academic programs.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry leaders and organizations to enhance the academic programs.
• Represent the academic programs to internal and external stakeholders, including attending conferences and events.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Lead and participate in committees and meetings related to academic programs.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
