Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, and then utilize your creativity and expertise to bring their event to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives, budget, and theme
• Develop event proposals and present to clients for approval
• Source and negotiate with vendors, such as venues, caterers, and entertainment
• Create event timelines and manage all logistics, including setup and breakdown
• Oversee event registration and RSVP management
• Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts
• Manage event budget and track expenses
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address any concerns
• Ensure all event details are executed flawlessly on the day of the event
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event
• Conduct post-event evaluations and make recommendations for future events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in event planning
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors
• In-depth knowledge of event planning best practices and trends
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
