Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement curriculum for various educational programs, including but not limited to K-12, higher education, and professional development courses.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create content that aligns with these objectives.
Design and develop instructional materials such as lesson plans, assessments, and training modules.
Conduct thorough research on current educational trends and best practices to continuously improve the curriculum.
Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
Provide training and support to teachers and educators on how to effectively use the curriculum materials.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the curriculum to measure its impact and make necessary improvements.
Stay updated with the latest technology and tools to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of the curriculum.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for the curriculum.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and tailor the curriculum to meet their needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Strong understanding of curriculum development processes, including needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Knowledge of various instructional methodologies and their application in curriculum development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using various technology tools and software for curriculum development.
Experience in teaching or training is a plus.
