Title: Financial Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis of our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to help inform strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop financial models and forecasts to assist in budgeting and planning processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for various projects and initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reporting requirements
• Conduct research and analysis on economic trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial data
• Support the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• CPA or CFA designation is a plus
