Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Security Officer to join our team. As a Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and visitors. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while carrying out your duties. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in security operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations with calmness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular security patrols of the company's premises, including buildings, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify any potential security threats.
• Respond to emergency situations, such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security breaches, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all employees and visitors.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Conduct background checks on potential employees and vendors.
• Provide training and support to employees on security protocols and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and training sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate security.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate security or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in the use of security equipment, including surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
