Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Educational Program Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in the planning, development, and implementation of educational programs for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and implement educational programs for students, teachers, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify program needs and objectives
• Create and maintain program budgets, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure program success
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, registration, and communications
• Develop program materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, and presentations
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education
• Manage and mentor program staff, interns, and volunteers
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders
• Represent the organization at events, conferences, and other networking opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, communication, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or related role
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience working with diverse populations and stakeholders
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design principles
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
