Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
Design and create visual concepts using various software tools
Develop layouts, graphics, and illustrations for a wide range of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website graphics
Ensure all designs are in line with the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
Present design concepts to the team and incorporate feedback to produce final designs
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Work closely with printing vendors to ensure the quality of the final product

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
5 of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet project objectives
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A portfolio of previous design projects is required for consideration
