About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Print Production Manager to join our team. As the Print Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the printing process, from prepress to final product delivery. You will work closely with our sales, design, and production teams to ensure that all print projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production process for a wide range of print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and packaging, among others.
• Oversee the prepress process, including file preparation, proofing, and color management.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure that all artwork is print-ready and meets client specifications.
• Source and negotiate with external vendors for printing and finishing services, including selecting the most cost-effective and high-quality options.
• Develop production schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of all print projects.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of printing materials, including paper, ink, and other supplies.
• Ensure that all printing equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all printed materials meet our standards and client expectations.
• Train and supervise production staff, including operators, technicians, and assistants, and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
• Monitor and manage production costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new printing technologies, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a print production management role.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
