Job Title: Airport Operations Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of airport operations, including safety, security, customer service, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airport operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of airport operations, including safety, security, customer service, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor and maintain airport operations budget, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, vendors, and government agencies to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall airport operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of airport operations staff, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve airport operations.
• Serve as a liaison between airport management and other departments, stakeholders, and external agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in airport operations, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to airport operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
