Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our growing team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our network, which is essential for our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network infrastructure solutions to support business needs.
• Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Analyze network traffic and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with vendors to evaluate new products and services and make recommendations for implementation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other IT team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP.
• Experience with network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Cisco and Juniper network devices.
• Experience with network monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds or PRTG.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Certification in Cisco or Juniper networking is a plus.
