Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and educators to develop and enhance curricula for our organization.
Conduct thorough research on industry standards, educational trends, and best practices to ensure our curricula are up-to-date and effective.
Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, handouts, assessments, and activities, that align with the learning objectives of each course.
Evaluate and revise existing curricula to improve their effectiveness and alignment with industry standards.
Provide training and support to educators on implementing the curricula and using instructional materials effectively.
Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of the curricula and make necessary adjustments.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and instructional strategies to continuously improve our curricula and enhance the learning experience for our students.
Collaborate with other curriculum specialists to share best practices and ensure consistency across all courses.
Keep accurate records and documentation of all curricula and instructional materials.
Communicate with stakeholders, including educators, students, and parents, to gather feedback and make improvements to the curricula.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Strong understanding of curriculum development methodologies and best practices.
Knowledge of educational technology and how it can be integrated into curricula.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in project management and meeting tight deadlines.
Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
