Position: Instructional Design Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality instructional materials that support our organization's learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other resources
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective and engaging learning experiences
• Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on the latest instructional design trends and technologies
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning materials
• Work with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to enhance the visual appeal of learning materials
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Review and provide feedback on training materials developed by other team members to ensure quality and consistency
• Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance learning materials based on feedback and evaluation results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of learning materials with organizational goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools to develop and deliver e-learning courses
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia principles is a plus
