Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Defense Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Defense Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge defense systems for our clients. You will work closely with a team of engineers and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within strict timelines and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defense systems engineering, with a passion for solving complex problems and a desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop defense systems for various military applications, including land, sea, and air defense systems.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to identify their needs and requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to evaluate the performance of defense systems and identify any potential flaws or vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to ensure the successful integration of various subsystems into the overall defense system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest defense technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate our defense systems.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of defense systems to ensure their functionality, reliability, and safety.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures to maintain high standards of work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and assist with their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in defense systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of defense systems design principles, processes, and methods.
• Experience with defense system simulation and modeling tools.
• Proficiency in using CAD software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
