Job Title: Screen Printing Technician

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Screen Printing Technician to join our team. As a Screen Printing Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment, as well as creating high-quality prints for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare screens for printing by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to the desired design.
• Mix and prepare inks for printing according to specifications.
• Set up and operate screen printing equipment, including automatic and manual presses.
• Ensure the proper placement of screens and adjust as needed for accurate printing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment or printing process.
• Inspect printed products for accuracy, color, and quality.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed.
• Clean and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in screen printing.
• Strong understanding of screen printing techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Proficient in color mixing and matching.
• Ability to read and interpret design specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
