Job Title: Outreach and Engagement Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Outreach and Engagement Specialist to join our team. As an Outreach and Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders to promote our organization's mission and goals. Your main objective will be to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive participation in our programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with diverse communities and stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and other key partners
• Plan and coordinate outreach events, workshops, and presentations to promote our organization's mission and initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and distribute promotional materials and content
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with our target audience and increase brand awareness
• Conduct research and gather data to identify new outreach opportunities and target audiences
• Develop and maintain a database of contacts and partnerships for future outreach efforts
• Analyze outreach efforts and provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of outreach strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for community engagement and outreach

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Experience with event planning and coordination
• Proficient in using social media platforms for outreach and engagement purposes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret data for reporting purposes
