Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from initial planning and budgeting to final completion and handover. This is a high-level position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and architects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction, including site preparation, building construction, and post-construction activities.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Monitor and track project progress, expenses, and risks, and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or questions.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Hire, train, and manage on-site construction teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
• Conduct project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP, are a plus.
