Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Portrait Photographer to join our team. As a Portrait Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality portraits that showcase the unique personalities and emotions of our clients. You will play a crucial role in creating lasting memories for our clients and helping them preserve their most cherished moments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the photoshoot
• Determine the best locations, lighting, and poses for each client based on their preferences and the type of portrait being captured
• Set up and adjust camera equipment and lighting to ensure high-quality images
• Direct and instruct clients on how to pose and express emotions to capture the perfect shot
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of work to showcase your skills and attract new clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and deliver exceptional results
• Manage and organize all photoshoots, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and post-production tasks
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote and market your services to potential clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a portrait photographer
• Proficient in using professional photography equipment and software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and composition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients of all ages and backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of portrait photography work
