Position: Data Storage System Integrator

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Storage System Integrator to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Data Storage System Integrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data storage solutions that meet our organization's needs. Your expertise in data storage systems and integration will play a crucial role in enabling our company to effectively manage and utilize our data for strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the data storage needs of the organization and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
• Design and implement data storage solutions, including hardware, software, and network components, that are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Integrate data storage systems with other business applications and platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data storage systems to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain data storage policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data integrity, availability, and security.
• Lead the testing and evaluation of new data storage technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Train and provide technical support to end-users on data storage systems and processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of data storage projects and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data storage systems, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex data storage solutions.
• Strong knowledge and experience with storage area networks (SAN), network-attached storage (NAS), and cloud storage solutions.
• Proficient in scripting and automation languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Familiarity with data backup and disaster recovery processes and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications in data storage systems (e.g., EMC, NetApp, or HPE) are a plus.
